Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, we do not sell it, and we delete it when it stops being needed. This page says exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email address, postal address, phone number. Needed to create your account, send your credentials, and match a payment to a customer.
• Payment records — the amount, the date, and a transaction reference from the processor. We never receive or store your card number.
• Trial request details — city, device, and the channels you said you wanted to check. Used solely to keep the free trial to one per person.
• Technical data — IP address and approximate country at signup, used for fraud prevention and to tell whether a connection problem is regional.
• Support messages — tickets and chat, so we can help and refer back.
• Site analytics — page views and events through our own self-hosted analytics. No third-party advertising trackers, and no data sold to anyone.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data. Ever.
• We do not share it for advertising.
• We do not log what you watch as a marketing profile.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers needed to deliver the service: our payment processors (card and NOWPayments), our email provider, and the streaming platform that issues your line. Each receives only what their part requires.

How long we keep it

Customer data is deleted 30 days after a subscription goes dormant — that is, when there is no active service and no payment on the account. This is automated, not a promise we rely on someone remembering. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email support@7kast.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and your account to work — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart. Our analytics are self-hosted and do not track you across other websites.
